Decline Adobe singe by the signer

Hi I am using adobe singe for PO order. We are sending POs to the management to sign the PO to be processed. is there a way that the signer refuse to sign and I will get a notification ?

    All users have the option to configure their events to notify the sender when an agreement is declined in their personal preferences:

    By configuring the Email option, you will get sent email notifications each time an agreement is declined by a recipient.
