Document Cloud Stuck on Loading Every 5 Minutes

When using DocumentCloud with Adobe Sign, our account keeps getting timeout and will be stuck on Loading Adobe Sign if there is no activity after 5 minutes.  We timed it multiple times and 5 minutes seem to be when it gets stuck.  We can refresh it to get it back, but all the work that has been done up to that point is lost.  This happens on all browsers Internet Edge, Firefox and Chrome and tested it on multiple computers in different locations.  It only happens with one account.  Contacted support and haven't heard from them after  they said they were going to look into it.  Does anyone have any ideas what can be done?

I have exactly the same problem. Support says I have to use an incognito tab in Chrome as it is a cache issue? I have cleared cache several times and this makes no difference.

Hi Meenakshi - 

 

I am still experiencing this issue. It is tremendously disruptive. I have had to stop and restart editing my web form more than a dozen times at this point. I'm now trying incognito mode, but can you please go back and check as there is no chance this issue has been resolved. None.
