Either/Or Signer in Workflow

Hello!

I'm trying to create an either/or signing situation, where one of two people can sign off on a document after it has been filled out by another party. I'm having issues on getting the "Signing Group" lined up, IT created a new group with just the two signers in it (and me), I don't have access to that.

 

Any help is appreciated!

    Thank you for reaching out.

     

    As we understand, you need to send the document to two recipients. However, only one will sign the document.

    In this case, you may use the Recipient group feature. For more information, please refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/add-recipient-groups-adobe-sign.html.
