Error message after trying to submit my documents

I am seriously battling with submitting my document after signing it. it kept coming up with an error message. see error message below.

    Hi @esther_8949,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with Acrobat Sign.

     

    We had a server outage earlier today, during the time you posted this query. 

     

    Would you mind trying the workflow again and letting us know if the issue is resolved for you?

    I just tried it again, it is still showing the same error message

    is ths a problem with adobe sign?

     

    with a cc file service?

     

    some adobe app?
