Fill and Sign - can no longer ADD SIGNATURE

I no longer have the functionality to add a new electronic signature.  The only option I have is to send and email to someone to have them sign the document which is not appropriate. 

 

How can this bug be fixed?

    Hello,

     

    Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

     

    As the option to add signature does not appear at your end, please check if there is any signature field already added in the PDF form. 

    Did you check if the issue occurs when opening a particular form?

    It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the Fill & Sign window with us.

    Share the Acrobat and OS version on the machine.

     

    Let us know if the issue is already resolved.
