How can i get my buisness partners to see the same documents i put in my cloud and sign it?
i want every one in my Office to see and sign the document i put in the cloud, do they have to use the same login, or can we have Our own login?

Document cloud space is specific to particular user, it is not recommended to share the login details to due to security issue. If you want your business partner to view the PDF, you can share the PDF file via email or share method.
