How do I delete a web form and/or any agreements collected from the web form?

I see a disable/enable and hide/unhide but after hours of googling, cannot figure out how to delete the agreements and/or the form itself. 

I found an article for deleting items in Adobe Sign but I can't seen to get my screen to look the same, despite having Admin access.
