How to prevent users deleting signed documents?

Is it possible to prevent the deletion of eSigned documents/agreements?

Currently the best alternative option I can find is to automatically copy to another email account all eSigned documents so that (worst case) there is a reference copy available.

Hi ,

Could you please elaborate more about the issue what exactly is your requirement?

Do you want to cancel the document midway so that the receiver could not sign it?

Are you talking in terms of some security settings that the person could not delete the document once signed?

Hi,

I am looking to be able to secure signed documents to prevent them being deleted.

Not so much worried about deleting pre-signed / or cancelling.

Ideally an override on the user / group level which can control the delete option.
