Incorrect First & Last Name in Adobe Sign

On the Adobe ID page the First & Last name of my profile are correct. On the Adobe Sign profile the First & Last Names are wrong and the fields are read only so I can't change it.

 

How can I change my name in Adobe Sign?

 

I already tried changing the profile name in the Adobe ID page, logging out, closing all files and reopening Adobe Sign but there was no change.  The Adobe ID page did not sync with the Adobe Sign Profile.

Hi Shannon,

Thanks for responding. I did attempt this solution, as noted in my explanation. The Adobe Account page shows the correct First and Last Name, however the Adobe Sign still does not. I logged out of everything and it still didn't fix it.
