Limit radio button options based on other fields?

Hi - Is there a way to limit the available radio buttons in a group based on the selection of a particular radio button in another group?  For example if I have group A with 4 options and group B with 4 options, and option 3 in group A is selected, can I have options 1 & 2 disabled in group B' only allowing options 3 or 4 to be selected?
