Sign is not displaying or allowing the recipient to complete two "Full Name" fields which appear before the first "signature" block several pages after. I have the template set up to require "Full Name" on pages 1 and 5, and 6 but it skips over those fields and then auto fills them only after the recipient completes the first signature block on page 7. Is this normal? Can you not first request a "Full Name" before a signature?
The Full Name field that you find in the Signer Info Fields section is a read only field that auto populates with the text version of whatever is entered in the Signature field.
Think of it as the Print name field you would normally see under a signature field to ensure a clear text version of the signatories name.
Only once a signature field is completed will that text version populate into the Full Name field.

If you would like to have the signer type in their name instead of importing it from the signature field, then you can place a Text field (in the Data Fields section) instead of the Name field.
The Text Field also allows for a Tool Tip which you can use to indicate the Full Name request.
It is not suggested that you put "Full Name" into the default value, as the string "Full Name" is a valid entry for a text field, and you may get documents back that don't change that default.
