OR Statement Functioning In An EchoSign Widget Before Signature, But Not After

I have written an OR statement within my widget to indicate if one of a set of conditions is true.  It works perfectly fine through out the form completion process, however, when the signed document is returned, the Or statement has been completely ignored. 

Any ideas?
