What is yet to be added here, is that what about us that are only using the web version? There are no folders as stated above. 

and the Adobe Sign, sign in just loops and that's it.

I am having the same issue;

Adobe Sign seems to work from the desktop app.

But logging onto Adobe sign on browser just keeps loading over and over again so I cannot follow up any outstanding documents out for signature.

Ive tried using multiple different browsers (chrome, mozilla, brave, edge).

This has been an issue for over a month now...

Please try signing in using the new incognito window on the Chrome browser. Check if that helps.

As you are using the web service for sending the document for signature, please share the steps you do that result to sign in loop.

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording with us.
