Shortened text tag with unresolved definition or reference

The attached form has a shortened text tag {{$A}}on page 1 that I am receiving the below error message when attempting to process via Adobe Sign workflow.  Cell A88 includes an IF formula to allow the user to toggle back and forth between a workflow version or a print version.  The long text tag also points towards a specific signer number depending on the P.O. form dollar amount. We were able to get this to work on a different form but not on this one.  Please help!

I can manually update the Signer for this but would prefer that it is automated.
