stamp fields not showing up all the time

Trying to add stamps to a PDF document using this as a reference   Adobe Sign Text Tag Guide

The probleme is that on one adobe sign flow the stamp for signer3 is shown correctly, but for signer4 nothing is shown.  On another test, the stamp is shown for signer4, but not for signer3.

Any ideas.

Sorry for the delay in response and thanks for sharing the help  article used to follow the steps.

There might be some step skipped to assign the stamp field. Did you also refer to the steps suggested in the help article where its explained in detail, how you can add stamp to the document and assign it to the signer? You may go through the tutorial here: Sign with a stamp |
