Stuck into login screen forever

I am using  Adobe Signature API's to allow user to send document for signature. 
Our app opens the login dialog, as soon as user provides the email, it redirects to second screen automatically, and then it stuck into loading forever.

This is the  ClientId": "CBJCHBCAABAAeOZKX_dbnoWVe5OBcQJmdfl3U-tvuf8k"

Not sure if it is related, but the user is also using creative cloud.

Hey @kglad ! Thanks for letting me know, the correct place to post the issues.
We have also tried the suggestions provided here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html But unfortunately its not helping us.
Is it possible, we can have support call regarding this issue with adobe?
