Template for recurring signatures

Question

I have an approval cover sheet that must be attached to the bulk of the documents I send for signature.

There are six fields in the coversheet requiring signature. Three of the six signers never change. The other three depend on the deparment making the request.

Is there a way to build a template that can be re-used and pre-fill the Signature Field and Signer Info Fields for the 3 static signers? I would then need to apply the 3 variable signers to complete the process.

Yes this is possible with the use of library option in Adobe Sign this would be setup with all 6 signers required. Then using the workflow designer (available in enterprise option) you can the enter the static email addresses and leave the dynamic ones as editable, see the following tutorial https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/how-to/workflow-designer.html
