We recently signed up for the Enterprise trial and we are trying to get some users added. When we try to add the two users, its says "You cannot add that email address to your account." We have not added anyone else to the account yet so I know we don't have all 10 seats filled. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a way to fix it?

You will have to get the domain white-listed for the users email address so that you are able to add the user.
Please send a request from the Admin's email account along with the users email address whom you are trying to add on the email address that I have private messaged you. So that you support team can white-list the domain of the email address that you are trying to add.
