Unable to make API Calls

I have been unable to make API calls to api.na1.echosign.com since April 9th from my server. Ping test to api.na1.echosign.com is timing out. I am able to make calls from Boomerang from my desktop client just fine however all calls from my server are timing out. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? I am using an integration key for my app. It was working fine for most of the day on the 9th but at some point it stopped.
