I have purchased an annual subscription of AdobeSign and I am unable to form a template library. Here's what happens:
- from the Dashboard, I click on Add Template to Library;
- On the next menu I select Browse and pick the document I want (by selecting it and clicking "Open"),
- It takes me back to the previous menu without anything happening.
If there isn't a solution to this I will need to cancel my subscription... because it is sort of useless as of right now.
How do I solve this?
