I have purchased an annual subscription of AdobeSign and I am unable to form a template library. Here's what happens:from the Dashboard, I click on Add Template to Library;On the next menu I select Browse and pick the document I want (by selecting it and clicking "Open"),It takes me back to the previous menu without anything happening.If there isn't a solution to this I will need to cancel my subscription... because it is sort of useless as of right now.How do I solve this?Marcelo.

Unable to Upload Documents to Library

I have purchased an annual subscription of AdobeSign and I am unable to form a template library. Here's what happens:

from the Dashboard, I click on Add Template to Library;
On the next menu I select Browse and pick the document I want (by selecting it and clicking "Open"),
It takes me back to the previous menu without anything happening.

If there isn't a solution to this I will need to cancel my subscription... because it is sort of useless as of right now.

How do I solve this?
