Question

Verification Required

Good afternoon,

Trying to setup a free trial of Adobe Sign. However I setup an account and every time I sign into Adobe Sign I get prompted to vertify my email. I receive the activation link, click on it, copy and paste it etc and it does nothing. I've tried clearing the cache in browsers, igcognito mode, different browsers, but still doesn't allow me access to Adobe Sign, just states vertification needed.

I can get into other Adobe products with that account without any verification, just Adobe Sign.

Have tried the Adobe support chat etc, but in line with the Community Guidelines, not going to give any further details on that, other than the problem still exists.

Anyone had similar or managed to get this resolved?

Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

Please try opening this link: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ and sign in using your Adobe email address.

Then go to Sign > Request signatures. Check if you can send the documents for signature without any issues.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi Malo,

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked your account and see that you are subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC that includes the Adobe Sign individual plan. However, we see that you did register for a Developer edition of Adobe Sign using the same email address. That seems to be the reason you are not able to access the Adobe Sign. The Adobe Sign account has not  updated to your current plan.

Did you receive any email on your registered email to verify your account? Please check the inbox or spam folder.

If not, then I would suggest you to get in touch with the support team as they can help you to update your account.  You may reach out to the support team either via this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html or contact on the number provided for your region in this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

Thanks,

Meenakshi
