Web form password protect not working

Hello, I have created a web form for my website that is password protected. However, when I open the web form on my website, it opens without requiring a password. I have tried opening it after signing out of my adobe account as well, and on different browsers. The issue remains. How do I fix this bug?

Would you mind checking if the option from the authentication drop-down was also changed to the password so that the access to the document can be limited? Please check the below image to know more:
