3D Metallic Effect Problem & Layers Animation Individually in iPad, iPhone

I just love Adobe Aero, but I didn't expect the tool has also a minus (problem): when I export 3D Metallic object (Banner) as gITF, the Metallic effect's lost (Banner 2). There's also a video how that looks. How to solve this problem?
I also have a question about 3D layers. Is that possible to select and animate individually in iPad, iPhone? (For example I want to animate the Pearl, also open and close the Shell).
Thanks in advance!

@markhellar Thanks a lot!

P.S.: I tested the model. Here's the result (test):

Hi @yevah31811871 can you test the model in this GLTF viewer: https://gltf-viewer.donmccurdy.com/ to confirm that the material is exporting correctly?

Aslo you can pop in into Stager as well to test https://www.adobe.com/products/substance3d-stager.html here you can also apply a metallic texture as needed that will eport to Aero.

Just putting out a few option to test. You can also PM the model to me fro examination if you'd like.

Hello, @markhellar !

For exporting I tried 2 versions:
1. Created the object in "Nomad Sculpt" App, then exported to the Adobe Aero,
2. Moved the object to the computer, added in Adobe Files (Creative Cloud), then imported to Adobe Aero.

After both ways the effect anyway was the same.

For the layer information, thank you very much!

Hi @yevah31811871 , Thanks for the post. What software are you exporting the model from?

You could animate the layers separately if they are individual 3d objects. For example, you could have a scene in Blender and animate each seperate object on its own time line and the exmport the whole scene as a glb.
