Hi,

I'm trying to import animations from Adobe Maximo to Adobe Aero, but without success, the error "RT3D Import Failed" appears.

As you can see there are no special characters or spacing

But when I import characters from Adobe Maximo to Adobe Aero there is no error.

My PC Specs:
Processador AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHz
RAM instalada 16,0 GB (15,4 GB utilizável)
Tipo de sistema Sistema operativo de 64 bits, processador baseado em x64

Edição Windows 11 Home
Versão 23H2

Can you help, I'm doing important work for a school.

Thanks,

Hi, Converting the fbx it into GLB format using blender 4.0 helped me resolve this issue. Just open the file in blender and export and gLTF 2.0 format. Try importing that file into Aero. Hope this helps.

hi, I have the same problem, but in my case, I put the image in a local folder, because I use onedrive and my image stay in the cloud and Aero doesn't found. You copy your image to a local folder and try.

Hi,

As you can see in one of the Adobe Aero animations the "Clip" option has a defined name.

But when I try to import the animation without the skin, it gives me another type of error.

Hi,

Is it possible that the error that occurs is due to the animations that are exported from Adobe Mixamo appearing in Adobe Aero with the same name?

Example:

This is the same character taken from Adobe Mixamo, one just the character and the other character with animation, if you look at the "Clip" option you can see that the name is the same "mixamo.com", if we try to put just the animation without skin it can't import because when it goes to the "Clip" option it always has the same name "mixamo.com"

Thanks,
