Accessing brand folders

Brand folders do not load on MacOS via Safari. Testing on Chrome it works but sometimes the thumbnail previews of images, logo etc will not show on chrome too

I just came across your post and wanted to know if you still need help, as it has been a while since this was last reported, and I sadly haven't been able to replicate this issue.

It may help to clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
