Adobe Express app crashing, constantly loading

Hi! I'm having issues with using the app. Its clearly just not working correctly. It's been like this for months. I go to open a project or start a new one and it just constantly loads. The weird text on the screen is a new issue too. Ive tried deleting and redownling the app many times. It's Adobe Express version 26.4.1. I use an iPhone 14, IOS 16.1. Super upsetting as I love using this app not just for business but also personal home design! Photo & video attached. Thanks for your help!!

Hi @juliadobos, Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details. I've tried using the Adobe Express app on the same device you mentioned, and it worked fine for me. I've shared the issue with the team. Until we hear back from them, can you try rebooting the device after reinstalling the application to see if that makes any difference?

You mentioned the loading issue has been present for more than a month. Can you also share since when you have been getting the black overlay (Weird Text) on the screen?

Hi yes I’ve restarted my phone many times to try and correct the issue. The app not loading/crashing has been over 4 months issue, the weird text I just noticed when I posted this yesterday. I gave up on the app for awhile haha but hoping to correct it because I do love it!!!
