Thanks for your patience while we get this sorted. If you are in urgent need of removing a background from an image, a workaround is to go through the process in Adobe Express directly, rather than using the site that does it for you. Here are the steps in case it is helpful

Hi so I noticed that once you click to edit further and it takes you off the remove background screen, the png just neve loads so I can further edit the image.
