Adobe Express linked to Instgram - files deleted

Hello,

A large bunch of Adobe Express pages have disappeared after I connected the account to Instagram, and used the Scheduler with 'post immediately'.

I managed to upload a couple OK, then the rest vanished. They're not in recycle.

Also, some PNGs upload to instagram and others don't. I get an 'unable to upload media format' message. There's very little difference between them.

1. Is it possible to get the work back?

2. What can I do to stop this happening again?

3. Why are some images OK to upload as PNG and not others? They're 1024x1024, around 500k, and based on an AE post size and output recommendations. (PNG was recommended for images with transparency and/or letters).

Many thanks, suggestions appreciated. Is this feature too new to risk at the moment? I'm using the web browser version.

Thanks.
