Your Stuff folders are still not correctly loading content. Projects transfered from the previous Adobe Express version are missing images, text or entire pages from the project are gone after opening in the new platform

Thanks for the screenshot. Also, so additional information which would help us better understand the issue.

• Do the projects thumbnails appear the same way when viewed in incognito mode?

• Are you able to open the projects with the missing images and text, do they appear this way when opened too?

Engineering was wondering if you could try these steps? Please let me know if you have any questions

• Create copy of the converted document ( as backup)
• Delete the converted document
• Go to [Originals] folder under "Your stuff -> Files" and click on the source document which was converted earlier
• It will give two option, download and 'open converted file'. Select 'Open converted file' which should ret-rigger the conversion as converted file is not available.
