Adobe Scheduler refreshing social media connections

New Here ,
Aug 04, 2025 Aug 04, 2025

Been using Adobe Scheduler for over a year no problem. I know every few months or so we need to refresh the connection to the various social media pages in order for scheduled posts to publish which is fine. Over the past week scheudled posts haven't been posting and we then need to reconnect the connection to Facebook/Instagram etc to get the scheduled post to go live. We now have to do that daily as if we don't, any scheduled posts for that day don't go live. Having to refresh social media connections daily defeats the purpose of scheduling social media posts days or weeks in advance. Can this please be looked into ASAP as surely the scheduler should register that the social media connections have been refreshed/reconnected so recently?

I'm accessing Adboe scheduler on PC via web (Microsoft Edge).

Hi @Alison29216993e1y4,

Welcome to the community! Thanks for bringing this up. Normally, the social media connections in Adobe Scheduler only require refreshing occasionally due to token expirations from Facebook/Instagram.

Could you confirm a few details to help us investigate further:

  1. Does this happen with all connected social accounts or only specific ones (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)?
  2. Are you using personal profiles, business pages, or both?
  3. Are multiple team members managing these connections, or only you?

Also, please follow the steps shown in this video https://new.express.adobe.com/published/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:d0d03de5-0c40-4a51-9764-9f91b160271a, and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi! Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

1. It happens with the teo Facebook accounts and one Instagram account we have.

2. The two Facebook accounts are business pages, and the Instagram is also used for business.

3. Two of us manage the connection and social posts through the same login info, though I take the lead and manage it 80% of the time.

I watched and followed the video and found that Adobe Scheduler isn't listed under the Business Intergrations settings on my Facebook profile. My colleague has checked her Facebook and it does show on hers (user ID 1016720914695368) but she has the same issue with connections.
