Animate from Audio not working after clearing cache

New Here ,
Aug 20, 2025 Aug 20, 2025

Hello Adobe Support,

I’ve been using the Animate from Audio tool in Adobe Express successfully in the past. However, after clearing my browser cache and history, the tool no longer loads. Instead, I only see a white screen with a message saying “Enable JavaScript,” even though JavaScript is enabled and other Express tools (like Remove Background) work perfectly.

Here are the details:

Browser & Version: [insert e.g., Chrome 139 on Windows 10]

Tried Steps Already:

Enabled JavaScript

Cleared cache and cookies

Disabled all extensions

Tried incognito/private mode

Tested in multiple browsers (Chrome/Edge/Firefox)

Result: Animate from Audio still does not load (white screen), but other Adobe Express tools work fine.

It seems the issue began right after clearing my cache/history, so it may be related to session data or feature flags being lost. I also noticed multiple other users in the community are experiencing the same bug.

Could you please confirm:

If this is a known bug being investigated?

If the feature is now restricted by region or account type?

Any workarounds or fixes to restore access?

Thank you for your assistance!

Hi @rgxmedia

Just to confirm, which other browsers have you tested other than Chrome?
