cannot access files in adobe express

My files are always there when I sign in.  Keep getting error to try again   Screen shot attached

 

Cleared history and cache -

Tried different browser

changed password 

Need to access to work 

Cannot access adobe express my stuff for hours

I've had this for the last couple of hours. Can't access any of my projects. And worse, when I try to use my browser's saved URLs for those projects, it keeps saying 404 page not found. I hope that doesn't mean my projects haven't been lost!

Likewise, my files will not; I am getting the same message.  I am on an incredibly tight timeline.  I have been working 16 hrs/day on this project and now it has dissapeared??!!

Same for me, can't access anything from any device, browser, and browsing mode. Unfortunatly my business is on hold until I'm able to access my files. I missed an important deadline because of this and I am seriously thinking of using an alternative platform
