Templates not loading, can’t save projects

The app will not let me save or download, templates are not loading. Fix your app. I'm paying for something that doesn't work and you will lose a customer if this not fixed by AM tomorrow. Not putting up with this, there are lots of apps out there.

Canva is looking better and better. I think that's where I'll go tomorrow. Hope you get this resolved by then.

Same thing is happening to me none of my projects will show up and the app is not usable what so ever. As a premium member I am upset!

I already started playing with Canva. I like it, easy to use too. I'll be out tomorrow if they don't fix this. Have to get something done by Sunday. Don't have time for this nonsense.

None of my projects will load. I've tried on the app, edge, firefox, crome. Keeps saying to refresh app.

Same here, I was using it left the app a minute later went back and all my files gone. Projects gone and nothing loads. I reached out on Instagram no answer.

What is going on? No pics are loading, all searches turn up blank, nothing is working. Ive literally had to write this reply over three times because it keeps auto spellchecking and entering different words...and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE LINK!!!

Same for me, can't access anything from any device, browser, and browsing mode. Unfortunatly my business is on hold until I'm able to access my files. I missed an important deadline because of this and I am seriously thinking of using an alternative platform

I'm also considering changing to Canva. Already Sept 6th and issue hasn't been resolved. We can't simply put our busnesses on hold
