I'm having the same issues, on desktop (Chrome) and on the Adobe Express App (Android) too. I can download PNGs and other formats, but PDF gets stuch at 90%. Clearing the cache didn't seem to do anything.
Hi, i have this problem right now. I'm trying to download a pdf presentation but the process is stopped at 90 %. I have already tried to download different pdf files on the Adobe express but this still doesn't work. I've already logged out and logged in but still doesn't work
This is also happening to me from this morning. It worked perfectly yesterday. I'm trying to download as PDF. Download works for video, PNG and JPG but not PDF. It's getting stuck at where it says: Almost Complete 90% complete then goes no further. I am using the desktop version and have also tried directly online using Chrome. I've restarted my laptop, duplicated the file, logged out and back in to Adobe Express, deleted cache and cookies, used a different browser (Edge), used incognito in Chrome, and even created a complete blank document to see if it is to do with there being too many elements. The issue seems to just be with PDF downloads.
Is there a way to solve this??? i dont have the time in my life for this kind of problems. I am paying this account and i need it right now. plese send how to solve this!!!
I have the same problem. Download is stuck at 90%. I can actually download all pages as jpg. But I need to be able to download the pages as pdf, which doesn't work, as the download is stuck at 90%. I've tried all the measures mentioned: tried 3 different browsers, disabled all extensions, duplicated the file, cleared the cache, etc. Nothing has helped. The strange thing is that it all worked yesterday. So why are there problems today? And when so many people are experiencing the problem, why isn't it being fixed?
Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Are you getting any error messages while downloading the PDF? Would it be possible for you to share the project with me via private message so that we can investigate the issue?
Private messages should be accessible from the envelope in the top right corner. This should be the direct URL https://adobe.ly/4mgXr9W
I have deleted cache, tried the incognito window, tried Edge as opposed to Chrome and made sure all updates have been done. I still get the same error message when trying to download to PDF. Gets stuck at 90%
I can upload a PDF and download to PNG, but I need to download to PDF.
Very single file I have is stuck at 90%. Turn it off and on again. And, no, I am not sharing anything with you guys. Just build a more resilient product. Server-side issue.
I am having this same issue and have tried all the suggestions made and it is still getting stuck at 90%. PLease can you help as this is impacting our business. Kind regards, Emma
I cannot download pdfs from any of my projects: the download stops at 90 %. The issue is on web version and mobile version. PNGs and JPGs work just fine. Clearing up history or caches didn't work.
