Hi @fudyma71 ,

Sorry to hear that you are running into this issue. This earlier post may help: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/work-is-being-lost-because-it-is-not-saving-reliab...

Meanwhile, is it possible for you to share the following files -

1. The current express document you are working on

2. The document where the replaced image potentially came from, if it did. Or do let us know if it was completely random.

Thanks,

Akshay

Here is a link.

The document you mean the images? The big ones (the guy on a helicopter and the background) were uploaded from my computer, and the tiny "t" letters which are supposed to be hearts, are from the elements menu.

Also, it seems to look normal in Chrome, but not in Safari.

Thanks for your response. By document, Ak @ ADBE was actually referring to the Express file/project.

He'd also like you share the file(s) with him; I will send you a DM with details.

The fact that it's working in another browser is consistent with what we've observed from a few other reports of this issue. I suspect using Safari private mode will work too, as well as resetting Safari cache.

Looks like I lost all the original assets so I can't show the intended outcome, the assets were both from the "media" tab and uploaded png.https://new.express.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:df45209a-f3b6-4e64-92a3-37dfe0ff6f87?invite=true&pro...

Hi @fudyma71

Have you tried Safari in private mode? Or resetting the Safari cache?

Please let me know how it goes.

Thank you,

Neelam
