Brand Folder issues

Im getting reports that people I have added to my company's Brand Library Folder are now having trouble accessing and see the templates in there and cant use them. Not sure what to tell them is the issue. Everything looks fine on my end.

We are sorry for the difficulties. Could you please check the brands you shared and the permission granted?

 

  • On the home screen of Adobe Express, go to Your Stuff
  • Under Brands, select the brand you shared and then check the permission granted; they should be able to view or edit only.
