Bug: Color eyedropper does not work

Using Adobe Express on a desktop PC using Chrome. Windows 11.

 

When using the eyedropper to get a color from your artboard or whatever you call it, it only picks up colors from certain areas of the workspace. Please fix. 

 

Example: It did not recognize any color from this image:
