I can't click on anything. "website is unresponsive" in both Chrome and Edge, this morning. The site loads normally, then is basically frozen. I have work to do, Adobe.
Experiencing a glitch / bug in the heading bar where quick functions such as delete page and view all pages are located. The glitch is preventing use of these functions. Have tried online and in the app.
Hi @1COR13 - We are aware of this issue and are working towards a resolution. Please try clearing your cache and relaunching Adobe Express. We apologize for any inconvience and thank you for your patience.
Thank you @thejanebradbury -- well, I tried. Deleting the Adobe cookies and site data in Edge, closing out the brower, then signing back into Adobe did not fix the problem
Oh I'm sorry - it worked in some cases I think but maybe not for everyone. You might have to wait for the service issues to be fixed, I'm sure they're working as fast as they can to sort it out.
No worries. It was worth a try and thank you for taking the time. It is only a slight issue, I could just deal with it. I'm patient, and besides, I have other work objectives I can meet in the meantime. ; )
The web app isn't loading correctly- some text/links are not clickable. Things that should be visible on the page are half on/half off or squished into a corner. Some text links look "unfinished" for lack of a better descriptor.
When logged in the Your Stuff folder is not clickable. You can also see a bunch of extra page menu item links that aren't where they should be. It's like the top header menu bar is messed up and the links are instead on top of other text or even off the page almost entirely. See attached.
