@perivwo@altheac67587394 (or anyone else still seeing this issue) please send me a direct message if you are willing to share your Express file with me (for investigation)
Sorry to hear you too are running into this issue. We really need to take a look at your Express file to figure out what's going on. Please send me a direct message to set up file sharing.
I'm in the same place; completely stuck. i have a file with a lot of short clips and now i'm trying to figure out which is which in order to replace. Ridiculous honestly. Very frustrating
Anything sensible to really help and make this quick?
I cleared the page cash and copied the URL into a new window, but none worked.
@ Adobe, this is somewhat unacceptable. I have deadlines to meet... The warning message does not give feedback as to what the problem is, (*Why can Adobe Express just say, This file is an issue??), I have used Canva for 4 years, and never had issues like this; I am trying Adobe Express, and 1 week in, problems when I have a deadline.
I understand that apps have problems, but providing feedback in the app on what's causing issues is so frustrating and makes me want to stop using Adobe Express. 😕
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry for your frustration with this. The next time it occurs, could you share your product URL with us? We're still working to understand the underlying cause.
I couldn't find a solution so I deleted every scene individually and tried to download the file, until find the scene with the problem and upload again the file
I'm having the exact same problem. It seems like this is an issue that adobe just refuse to resolve. Its a shame as the software seems quite reasonable for the price, however it just doesn't seem to work at all.
