Myself and my colleagues are also experiencing the same issue.
It was working previously but since the recent update, it will not work. We are using Citrix and wondering if that could be the issue?
I've tested the system requirements (Adobe Express System Requirements) and they are all working, i.e. WebGL2 and WebAssemble both come back as positive.

@Lawrence32870467ozny (and others running into this issue), here are a couple of tips:
- Look through all assets (video/audio/image) in each scene and make sure they render correctly, rather than with a warning sign or gray/empty box. If you encounter any, delete it and re-add it.
- If you don't see anything obvious, check the version history to see if an earlier version of the Express file downloads successfully

I was able to clear my cache, restart my browser, get back into it & download it... hopefully it helps. Don't post the link or else you will get tons of edit requests, lol. Good luck!

Unfortuantly I still cannot save any document. I have had a look at the version history and I cannot see anything in there. Perhaps that could be the problem in that it is not rendering correctly?
It does appear to be displaying like this:
However looking at the version history, there appers to be nothing

Same error here. Issue seems to be that websocket addresses (e.g. wss://livecreate-ew1.adobe.io) aren't accessible. Likely a filtering or firewall issue but not something that we can resolve as websockets are immutibly blocked.

Hello I am having the same issue. I thought it might have been the stock imagery I added to a document - deleted the stock images and it downloaded but ran into the same issue again on the same file. Whats causing this?

I had this problem while I tried to download content from Adobe Express while using Safari. Switched over to Chrome and worked just fine. I'm sure there might be something on the back end that will fix this... but for now, I hope this helps.
