Cannot Download

We cannot download documents as PDF. We also cannot upload them to ISSUU or Google Drive. It starts to download and gets to 90% then stops.

I haven't been able to replicate this and wanted to know if you're still having trouble.

Please try clearing your cache and cookies. It may also help to update your browser or test in incognito mode.

It seems to be working okay now.

I do have another question. Why doesn't my work in adobe express show on my ipad app? It shows the old stuff I did before the updates but nothing new
