Creating new file from template library

I am having problems creating a new file from my template library. Please help! I have my template library of instagram posts linked to my brand for my job. All of the templates were created with the old version. Since the update, every time I go to create a new file for a social post, I receive the "sorry, there seems to be an issue" message. I've also received other error messages about problems converting the file. I'm not sure what any of this means.

 If yes, please let us know which browser you are using. Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue you're seeing?

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
