When downloading a file, it does not save to my computer. It acts like it is downloading and completes the 100% pop-up, but there is no pop-up to save to the computer.

Sorry to hear about that and for not helping you sooner.

 

What file type did you try to download (video, picture, template)? What was the format? Can you specify the browser version, your device and the OS version? Did you look into the downloads in the browser and your computer? 

 

Clearing the cache and cookies and logging out may help in this situation. You can also try downloading the file from a different browser (Safari, Microsoft Edge or Google).
