Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. I assume that this file was created in the previous version of Express on a mobile device that supported stickers? Are are you also trying to download the original version on a mobile device ?
You said only some slides have the original sticker animation. What happens to stickers on the others: are they completely missing, or converted to static images?
