Downloading MP4

Hi. Just to let u know. I'm on mobile and when I try to download a page as MP4 the default size is 'custom' - original size but it playsback a black screen.

Only when I change the size of the video before downloading (I only tried 1080p) it works!

Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue? Please try signing out and signing back in again or reinstalling the app to check if that helps.
