Downloading is not working, stucks by 90% i tried everything. changed browser, cleared cookies. i can't pay premium if even the most basic service doesn't work.

Thanks for your patience. Please let us know what file format you are trying to download. Also, check the steps below and let us know if that helps-

1. Try downloading from a few different browsers - Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge etc.
