Thanks for reaching out. Are you unable to open your files on a desktop, and they are not available on iPhone? If so, did you try opening them on a different browser? Do you get any error messages? Try updating the app on your iPhone to check if that helps. You may also try re-installing the app to check if that helps.
I have tried all of these and still no luck. I can open the app and see my files but when I go to do anything it doesn’t load or pops up with rhe error message. I have used the app for a couple of years now with no issues, until this major one. I rely on it for work and this is a huge inconvenience.
