Error 404 file not found when trying to access files

Trying to access completed files and it will not let me!

They are available on the desktop version but not on my iphone. Please help. This is super frustrating.

Thanks for reaching out. Are you unable to open your files on a desktop, and they are not available on iPhone? If so, did you try opening them on a different browser? Do you get any error messages? Try updating the app on your iPhone to check if that helps. You may also try re-installing the app to check if that helps.

Yes, I couldnt upload a video or a picture yesterday. Does anyone know whats is going on?

Hi there.

I have tried all of these and still no luck.
I can open the app and see my files but when I go to do anything it doesn’t
load or pops up with rhe error message.
I have used the app for a couple of years now with no issues, until this
major one.
I rely on it for work and this is a huge inconvenience.
