(Error code: CHX_INVALID_REQUEST,) for Adobe Express Animate with Audio

Someone has contacted me saying that when they try to use the tool Adobe Express Animate with Audio they get the following error message

 

We were unable to process your file. (Error code: CHX_INVALID_REQUEST,)

 

Any ideas on what to suggest? It's working fine for me.

I don't know if this is a bug or not but when I am using Animates characters on my android phone, as soon as I enter the voice I am getting an error. Please help me for this. If it's bugs then solve as soon as possible. I have attached a screenshot please look awhile.

Hi @wendiol @mohd_aidel_bin_mohd_n0461 @nazmul_hasan_5937 @joedale, Welcome, and thanks for posting on the Adobe Express Community!  

I tried replicating the issue, but it worked fine for me. Can you please try switching to a different internet connection and try again in private/incognito browsing mode or on a different browser to see if that makes any difference? You may also want to deactivate any browser extensions/plugins. 

Please share your observations!

I learned that we had an outage last week related to Error code: CHX_INVALID_REQUEST but it should be fixed now. Is anyone still encountering this issue?

Hi, there.

 

I'm encountering an error message when trying to use the Adobe Express Animate with Audio feature. I've done it only once and the second time it seems to not be functioning as expected. When I characterize everything and I insert or record my audio, it starts of well by saying uploading and then submitting on the progress bar. But than when it says waiting in que, it returns me to main screen and gives me a red bar error message saying: ''We were unable to process your file. (Error code: CHX_INVALID_REQUEST,).

 

Please anybody help me fix this issue. I have tried doing the following to fix the bug, but nothing is working, [Restarting my chromebook-Switching to a different internet connection-Updating my cromebook-].

If you continue to face issues would it be possible to create a duplicate instance of your file and 
share it with a viewable link here?

Hey, @David__B. Thanks for the solutions and thanls for taking time to reply me. I tried the first solution which is clearing the browser catch and I would like to say that did the trick. Now Adobe Express Animate with Audio is working fine after using that solution.
