The app is annoying now. Every time I have to acknowledge to paste. Then paste again. It crashes a lot. I thought it was my iPhone 12 but then I got the brand new iPhone this year and it still crashes. Sometimes scheduling posts doesn't work. Sometimes it takes too long. The dragging I liked better when you didn't have to have you finger on the object. So much that this still needs. I think should have spent more time in beta. It seems like it's trying to pull the browser version into the app and it can't. Send it back to get some help.

Sorry to hear about your frustration with the app. What model is your new iPhone? Are you getting any error messages when the app crashes? Would it be possible to share some screenshots of the issues you're describing the next time you encounter them? Is this what you mean about having to paste twice?

Hi Dave,

I have the iPhone 16 plus. I am not getting any error messages when the app crashes. I guess it’s not really the app crashing. It is the project rebuilding itself many times. The app is still working but the project goes away and the building icon comes up until you’re back up into your project.
Not sure what you are referring to in your message about the paste twice because I don’t see anything to what you are referring to. What I mean is I add a text block, I click paste on the iPhone and then it asks me to approve the paste. I approve, then I have to go to paste again and then paste. Not op of having to double paste, why am I being asked every time to approve the paste. It is absolutely annoying.

Also, another thing I do not like is the dragging thing for the cursor of where you may want to add a character or word in a text block. On the iPhone I would simply hold the space bar down and then move the cursor around to the spot where I wanted the new word, but now you guys have done away with that and it does not work well with me or the iPhone experience as you are creating your own way similar to windows computer.

When I go to make a scheduled social media post, a lot of the times the graphic won’t render in the scheduling area and then you can’t create the post. Try to delete and redo and still doesn’t work. Many times I have given up and just stopped and abandoned posting with adobe.

I like the old version so much better. I tried doing the beta when you offered to beta test and it was so far off from the original that it was increasing my time on the clock to make graphics and such. Overall it’s a great program to use outside of photoshop but wish would have not been so drastic in the changes.

I will try to post screenshots when I come across these issues in the future.

I was a regular user of the express app - I recently did the update and my projects are gone and see image I can not even try to start recreating as there are overlay images. This is so disappointing. I have deleted, readded, tried logging in online... anyone have advice? I have come to rely on the app and am needing a fix or work around.

Not sure if you are using a phone or computer. Either way consider turning your computer or phone off. This has helped me in the past.

I give my computer a moment or so when I turn it off.

Have you tried another browser? Seems like rendering issues. Maybe settings you have in your broswer causing issues.

I've seen a few reports of this occurring on iPhones running iOS 16. Upgrading to iOS 18 should resolve it.
