Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Are you not seeing the files at all? In that case, please check https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/old-express-files-gone/idi-p/14016673

If you are seeing them but they don't open, could you please share a screenshot showing what you observe when you try to open them. Please include the browser's address bar in the screenshot so we can grab the unique file url (and inspect associated logs).
